This website is operated by Primealete Nutrition, a division of Thomzey LLC. Throughout this site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Primealete Nutrition. Primealete Nutrition offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Primealete Nutrition prepares and sells ready-to-eat meals in containers. We currently offer:

Local pickup at designated locations.
Third-party delivery (e.g., DoorDash) in select areas, based on customer location.
Auto-renewing meal subscriptions (billed on your recurring subscription date).
Prepaid meal packages for flexible pickup.
In-store individual meal purchases.

We do not currently offer nationwide shipping or direct delivery.

2 – Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence or that you have obtained parental consent to use this site for any minor dependents.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction while using our Service. A breach or violation of any of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your Services.

3 – Ordering & Payment

We accept all major credit cards and cash.
Subscription customers are billed automatically on their recurring subscription date.
Prepaid packages are charged in full at the time of order.
Individual in-store purchases are charged at the point of sale.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
All sales are final except as outlined in our Refund & Satisfaction Policy.

4 – Subscription Terms

Subscriptions are auto-renewing until canceled.
Customers may pause or cancel at any time via the instructions provided at signup or by emailing hello@Primealete.com.
Any subscription changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid charges.
Subscription changes, pauses, or cancellations will not affect prior payments.

5 – Refund & Satisfaction Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your order, contact us at hello@Primealete.com.
We review concerns on a case-by-case basis.
If an error occurs on our part (e.g., incorrect items), we will correct it at no cost.
Refunds are not provided for issues outside our control, including improper storage after pickup or delivery.
Meals must be refrigerated promptly. Primealete Nutrition is not responsible for spoilage caused by improper handling or storage.

6 – Food Safety & Allergies

All meals comply with Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (MDARD) regulations.
Allergen information is clearly labeled on packaging. Customers must review ingredients before consumption.
Meals must be refrigerated immediately upon receipt. Improper storage or leaving meals in the heat is at the customer’s risk.

7 – Nutrition & Health Disclaimer

Our meals are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Nutritional information, including macronutrient breakdowns, is provided for general informational purposes only.
Customers should consult a healthcare professional before making any significant dietary changes.
Results vary depending on each customer’s individual diet, exercise, and lifestyle.

8 – User Conduct and Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the site for unlawful purposes or to solicit others to commit unlawful acts.
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Primealete Nutrition or others.
Upload viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
Harass, abuse, or harm others based on any protected status.
Spam, scrape, or collect personal information from the site or other users.
Interfere with the site’s operation or security measures.

Violation may result in termination of access, and you remain liable for any obligations incurred prior to termination.

We may terminate your access at our discretion for violation of these Terms.
